Tea break Meditation

We've developed a series of guided meditations, breathing practices, relaxation and sound healing meditations to help calm your body and mind, improve physical and  emotional wellbeing and relieve stress and anxiety. These simple 5-15 minutes practices are easy to follow and are specifically designed to enhance your tea break experience, restoring balance, connection and calm so that you are better equiped to deal with the stresses of daily life.

Guided Meditations

A cup of tea is a very simple thing but with the right attitude we believe it can bring great joy, peace and even healing. As your tea gently infuses take this time to bring some mindfulness into your daily life, a few moments just for you.

These guided meditations include breathing practices, body scan techniques and yoga relaxation. Practiced regularly, these mindful meditations can help you become more familiar with your body and learn to work effectively with body sensations and feelings of discomfort and tension, learn to dissolve any negative thought patterns and regain a calm sense of perspective as well as combating stress, focusing the mind and harnessing your positive and creative energy. 

Chakra Tune Up

Chakras are energy centres positioned throughout the body, from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. Each chakra has its own vibrational frequency, colour, and governs different emotional states, as well as different parts of the body. 


Listening to these healing sound vibrations will assist in releasing any energy that is causing a block or imbalance in the chakras to help you find focus, calm, energy, comfort or to uplift the spirit. Enhance your tea break, focus your attention on the chakra location and visualise the colour associated with each chakra as you tune them with sound. 

Nature Sound Rewild

Rewilding describes a practice of interacting with the natural world - walking in nature, connecting or tending to living things in a natural setting, as a way to bring about a sense of peaceful connection. Enhance your tea break with the sounds of nature and transport yourself to a place teeming with life, connect with elements to calm, energise, empower and inspire.

Singing Bowl Therapy

Singing bowl therapy is a healing practice involving listening to the sound vibrations created by Tibetan singing bowls. This ancient practice is thought to entrain the brain to move into the Theta brain wave frequencies that induce deep meditative and peaceful states. These tones are believed to impact our nervous system, engage our relaxation reflex and inhibit the stress or pain response.
